while transfer inventory from warehouse to another warehouse i am getting a error " not enough nonallocated invenoty is available in warehouse"
i have checked all inventory tables .inventory is present. could anyone suggest me what to do?

Can you attach the screen shot of the problem.

Inventory maybe present but blocked or booked. May be you have to check such fields.

check the Inventory status in whwmd215,216, tcibd200, whinr140,150 tables.

I think as Medtun said, the inventory is blocked or commited. If the inventory is commited you can delete the commitement and free the inventory then process the transaction.
