Anyone have experience in doing a credit memo that includes commissions in LN? We tried using a Sales Order with a 0 qty and Neg dollar amount. Sales order processes but commissions fail due to using quantity in comms parameters. Should work with "amount" in the parameters but all of our agreements are set up based on quantity. Commissions does not work with 0 qty. Any advice or ideas?

Hi JP,
Credit memo might be generated in below scenario under of commission functionality:
(1) If you have settle your coms parameters on qty basis, Qty should be negative
(2) If you have settle your coms parameters on amount basis, Amount should be negative.
In my opinion it is not viable to get credit memo on the base of ‘0’ quantity when your comms parameter is based ‘Qty’.
