We are trying to generate EDI messages in ERP LN 6.1 FP5. But we are not able to succeed yet.
Let me tell you what we have done-----
We have downloaded 'default.edi' file and imported it in the system.
we have maintained codes and their copversion tables.
Also we have maintained conversion.

Still we are not able to generate messages.
Can anybody help regarding this.

Does anybody have user manual for ERP LN 6.1.

I would be very happy if I get any assistance.

To use EDI messages need to define the business partners who want to manage EDI.
In addition there must also be in the network for different types of messages you want to use.
Orders, confirmations, shipping ...
Also need to define the various orders type ( sales , purchase..) used.

There are several things to set before you get out message, these are the most 'important that come to mind.
