We are embarking on a Supply Chain Replenishment/buffer sizing project. In order to right size inventory buffers we need to determine the item issue by day. Baan has a standard report Print Item Issue by period (month) tdinv7450m000. Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this by day?

The major issue is our FG deliveries would need the BOM's exploded to determine the material issued (project inventory).
