Is there any options i can search by item description for purchase order.(inquiry/reports)

By Item code option is already available

e.g. item code 60000001 description electrical items

i want to to search all electrical items (description) by date or po wise.

How to activate the order button i.e.next to options button

There is no standard report or inquiry to search by descriptiion. You will need to create your own report.

We are not using that version, but do you have an "Items Dashboard"? This searches the Items General by description, then you can click on Purchase Orders and View only the POs not final received yet.
This would not work on Cost POs.
