Please can anybody tell me how you set up cost items?
Eg. a return order then there should be automatically a cost item appearing on the sales order lines.
I tried everything set up a cost item use additional cost items put the item within the price book but what I try to do it doesn't come within my Sales Order Lines.

Hi,
Can you elaborate on the need of the cost item in sales return order.
To create a cost item you have to select the item type as cost while creating an item.
