when we do a transfer out (transfer manual) can we arrange a way to get approval for this transfer out before he print the outbound advice? pls advice me . i'm in a critical situation

could you please specify your exact needs.

There are several steps in the outbound procedure (e.g. generate outbound advise, release outbound advise, ....). Where (and why) do you need an extra approval ?

Yes I wanted to get an approval before he generate the outbound advice. say for an example if there is no any control the store keeper can outbound whatever he wants from his warehouse. So I need to implement some kind of approval before he generate outbound advice.
if we can block this generate outbound advice from store keeper then i can tell a supervisor to do the generate outbound advice. is it possible through authorization levels?
