Has anyone introduced functionality to detemine the earliest possible SO delivery date based on the parts being sold? Would like it real time when the order line is being entered.

In particular, items not on hand at the time of entry. Thus having to review MFG and purchasing information. Client is not using MRP or MPS, so we could steal some of that functionality if it is not too cumbersome to implement/test.
