Hello everyone,
I have a question about an archiving session that is creating an error report. I'm running session tdsls4227m000 Archive/Delete Sales Orders and the error is "Cannot archive and/or delete. Commission/Rebate status not closed".

I don't know what this means and what needs to be done to get rid of the error. I think we have old data in that module, but it's not used anymore.

Is there anyone who has run into this error before?
