Dear Guru

There are any way to input the currecy rate for each PO transaction. And how to print these transaction reports with right amount for currency selection.
EX

Exchange Rate: 1USD = 15000 VND

PO22222222

Hi,

I do not know what you exact looking for. Therefor some points:
- The currency can be maintained per PO as long as there are no lines.
- Currency rate can be changed manually, in the details of the PO header, as long as there are no lines. Set the 'Rate Determiner' to manually Entered.
- The currency on the PO can not be changed when lines exist. So also not after doing the receipt.

Hi Thang,
PO Price can be maintained on each individual PO line as long as there is no receipt done for this PO line.
The exchange rate on the PO header can only be changed when no lines exist.

The financial postings made against the warehouse use the local home currency of the warehouse and the internal exchange rates. On the invoice the exchange rate settings of the PO will be used.
Reason for this is that the warehouse can belong to another financial entity and therefor it has its own way of making financial postings.
