can anyone tell me how can we do an intercompany warehouse transfer. through purchase order and sales we can do it. but is there any other method to do it like through some shared (common) tables or etc....?

You can create a multicompany transfer in the session warehousing order (whinh2100m000). In the session help there is a separate topic on this.
