We are now using Handling Reject Inventory function in ERP LN 6.1
The function works fine for Raw material, we can handle reject inventory for PO receipt procedure.

But if we have Customer Return Receipt, if we make reject during Inspection steps. The reject inventory will not appear in Reject inventory, instead a Adjustment order is create automatically like we do not select "Handle Reject Goods" function.

But we check the Warehouse setting, the "Handel Reject Goods" is checked.

What is wrong with my setting? What I may missing?

HI,

There isn't any thing wrong with your settings, Handle Rejected Inventory only supports the Receipts with the Origin "PURCHASE".

It doesn't support any other receipt transaction.
