After I Generating the Picking List, and I Pick that Advice.
Once the advice is picked, it will appear at the Shipment Lines.
What If I wrongly picked and wish to unpick? (I can't found any unpick command/buttons)

This is important for my clients that they need to print their document which according to their loading sequence to a container (not strictly accurate) in order for their customers to identify the goods.

I've tested some of the documents (Packing List, Packing Slip, DN...etc) and found out that the Loading List in Load session able to print out according to pick sequence.

I'm sure that mistakes can happen during pick. Is there a way to repick, unpick before confirm the shipment?

Listed below are the steps required to correct shipment line quantity after confirming the Picking List but before Confirming Shipment:
1. Go to Shipment that you want to correct

2. Open Shipment Line you want to correct

3. Change Quantity Shipped to correct quantity (Inventory remove from Quantity Shipped will remain in Stage Location)

4. Save Shipment Line

5. Freeze/Confirm Shipment

6.Create Transfer Order to move inventory from Stage Location back to Picking Location

I just tested with your way.
Yes, it will get back to outbound advice but it will not affect the picking sequence in Loading List.

That means I haven't found a solution to deal with loading sequence....
