How system update APP,if not choosing 'update APP/LPP' when invoice matching?

How do I know system calculaltion on APP is correct?
This formular,how to know Old Avg.PP?
New APP=(Cum.Receipts * Old Avg.PP + Qty Received * Order Price) / (Cum.Receipts + Qty Received)

I think "Old Avg.PP" of next receipt = "New APP" of this receipt

Average and latest purchase price are recorded in tiitm0101m000 2nd form. That's the old average price when taking new receipts . Also check 'method of calculating average price ' in tdpur4100m000 .
