Hi For All,

When user process sales order some item get back orders but inventory already exiting. After that we confirm back order and process it, system get error “shortage of 3 pcs for outbound order line insufficient inventory for item TTT in warehouse 444” but inventory already there. Why this happened?

Is the inventory allocated to another sales Order or if Manufactured Items has it been posted correctly to a Warehouse Location that allows outbound.

I have checked allocated inventory is zero. These items are trading item, purchase order already correctly in bounded.

Please check the Table Whinr150. I think there is not inventory in the following Field

Avilable inventory in Store
and
Avilable inventory in Inventory

Please check these Inventory Structure fields.
