I guess you would have to activate the Transportation Module (Tr) in order to fill that field.

As far as I know (we eliminated this field from the report) you have to fill the field "route" on form2 of a salesorder (see attached screenshot).

The routes originally come from tcmcs0104m000.

Remember what sukesh75 said: I'm not sure whether it's possible to fill that tables if Transportation is not implemented. WE run Transportation..

But you may have no problems to find that out within a few minutes :)
