I have a situation where warehouse person accidentally confirmed a receipt with 0 qty instead of qty of 3 and checked final receipt. How do I receive that qty 3? If I remove the flag in whinh210, what are issues? Can someone help me.

Confirm the back order and receive material of 3 pieces against that back order. This would much simple and straight-forward action instead of changing the tables.
