We have an error that says " Position numbers becomes larger than first position additional costs" when trying to enter the next line after line 940.

Any idea where to check the setup for the limit of the number of lines or is this error referring to something else?

In Maintain Purchase Order Parameters {tdpur4100m000}, Form2, whats the value you entered in "First Position Number for Additional Costs Sets" ?

its 950 and the step size is 10

Hi,
You got three options here.
Option1 would be to change this value (950) to 999 in the parameter session.
Option2 would be to reduce the step size to either 5 or 1 from the current 10.
The last option would be to create a new purchase order for the same supplier..
