When I am trying to do inventory transaction thru session tdilc1120m000 (Enter inventory transaction) for transaction type "Production issue" the quantity is coming against Allocated inventory though the planned qty and delivered qty are equal.

Are you able to close the transaction i.e changing the transaction status to closed. If not then can you check what happens when you press the continue button.
