when confirming purchase receipts in purchase order related direct delivery for sales order it gives error messages (valuation method not defined) because there is no warehouse defined in direct delivery cycle so how can we confirm the receipt ??

You will have to define a valuation method for "blank" warehouse valuation group in whina1100m000 since it is direct delivery.
