we tried warehouse receipts, when confirm the error message Confirm receipt line: 000000005/10 Series not defined for First Free number Group.

Pl refer to the attachement inventory handling parameter has setup and error message.

Hi,

It seem there are two problem ..
(1) You have not done GRN activity which should be printed.
(2) There are may be also problem of user login that is linked to series.

Please check whether you have all number groups and series are filled in the "Inventory Handling Parameters" (whinh0100m000) session.

If e.g. inbound inspection is applicable for this order, but in the Inspection Numbers box, the Number Group and Series for Inbound is empty, no inspection order can be created. As a consequence, the receipt cannot be putaway to an inspection location.
