I encounter a problem on RELEASE OUTBOUND DATA tdilc4202m000.

this case happen when customer return a goods, our sales department create S/O, generate outbound, print sales order acknoledment, then while logistic release the Outbound, that disallow to release it. and total quantity weight is under BLOCKING field.

Please help me.

Hi,

Please check that there may be inspection process when you are getting material from customer that is why material under blocked.
