While making PO, there are two fields in the Purchase Order header - Point of Title Passage and Terms of Delivery (Screen Shot attached). If we dont give any input in the field Point of Title Passage, it is printing the Terms of Delivery + city where our company is located like (EXW Noida) in Print Purchase Order seesion. Idealy it should give Terms of Delivery + city of Ship from Address. Earlier it was working fine but from last one month it is giving such kind of error.

Pls help me in resloving this error.

When printing the terms of delivery it can use either use the ship-from address or the ship-to address. This depends on the setting on the terms of delivery itself. There the field potp category can have values 'point of destination' or 'point of origin'.

Can you check these settings?

The PoTP Category is having value 'point of origin'. I think the output in this case will be based on the Ship From Address.

I can not find any other reason.
Maybe 1 last guess: did you install lately the solution 218405?

New solution delivered from INFOR. This problem was started after the customization of chinese addresses in the system.
