would like to check whether after we have shipped a sales order from a wrong warehouse, can we change to the correct warehouse? (sales order lines overview status is shipped)

No that is not possible. Shipping can not be undone. You could enter a return line on the first warehouse and a third line with the correct warehouse. Or just use a seperate warehouse transfer between the 2 warehouses.
