Four years ago, when we went live in Baan 5c, we did not implement any capacity sessions in Baan. Now we are interested in learning more about capacity planning, but do not have the knowledge to swiftly move forward with this process. Currently, we blindly issue production orders to work cells with no information on available capacity (man hours), or based on production rates, how many hours are already in front of the cell.

Has anyone out there put the capacity practice in Baan to use?
