We have maintained Wrong Qty. in Warehouse Receipt and all the processes are complete including the warehouse inspection and final Receipt. The System is not allowing rectifying through "Correct in Receipt Line". The order is placed for 15Nos. and actual received qty is 1No. The qty. entered in WHR is 8Nos. Do any body have idea to correct the entry without “Return Purchase Order” Procedure session.

if u have not passed the bills against the po then open the maintain receipt session and change to actual quantity.it inserts a records of -8 Nos and put a records of +1 No.You can check in inventory transaction by item session.

above problem is occationally happend time to time in the manufacturing unit. so its solution is always appritiated.
i would like to know session no. of maintain receipt session, where we can correct the inventory.
