Since you didn't fill in your user information, I do not know which BaaN version you're running on...

From BaaN 5 you can already use Word as the text editor [defined in session text-groups (tttxt1110m000)], which of course enables you any kind of colour, and font editing (bold, size, etc)

For my experience: No. The problem is the way baan stores texts in BIVx. All text lines are stored in 80 char parts. You can store there a word file, but word cannot re-load the text. All ASCII formated files are ok, but word doens't work.
Maybe RTF works, I'm not sure (didn't try the last years).
