I am using BaaN 5b/5c, but I guess this also goes for LN.

You could do this if you would use more than one warehouse. In "Item Data by Warehouse", you can setup different warehousing parameters per warehouse (safety stock, EOQ, ...). You could recalculate these parameters afterwards with "Global Update of Inventory Parameters".

Maybe i did not expressed well my problem. i would like to know if it is possible to define the minimal stock depending on MRP requirements. so that if material needs increase, minimal stock increases too.

No, that's not possible. You will need to review your safety stock on item level or recalculate it with "Global Update of Inventory Parameters", using the new parameters. There's no session or "button" that allows to update, based on MRP results.
