Estoy tratando de ingresar control de introducción de datos para una orden tipo devolución.
Defino los campos.
Pero una vez que ingreso la orden no me deja seleccionar las líneas originales.
Hay alguna manera de cambiar esto?

I’m trying to use Data control for a return order.
Once I enter the data in tdsls4100s000 it jumps right to the lines without letting me select the original lines.
Is there anyway to change this?

Have you defined sales order input control for the return sales order type and selected the required fields for the capturing the original order lines?

My problem is that after I enter the return reason it goes to the lines without letting me use the button for selecting original orders.

Thats interesting... for me the curser control goes to the last form (Changes) and Sales Order lines button. Though I have to return to the first form and then click on the Select Orig. Lines button to select lines to be returned.

BTW you didn't attach the screen print of your SO Input Conrol in you last note.

So, you fill in the original document type 'order', then you fill in the original document number (in other words, the sales order number), you fill in the return reason code and then the button 'select original lines' is still unavailable? Could you post a screen shot?

The problem is not that is not available. The problem is that I dont have any file after return reason, so after i enter the return reason it goes directly to the lines. If

Based on the sales order input control screen you have attached, the curser control will go to terms of delivery field in shipping tab once you enter the return reason, at this time the user can return to the general tab to select the original order lines. Unfortunately the return reason is the last field on the general tab so the user will have to return to this tab for selecting original lines. Or modify the form to make the internal sales rep (sales coordinator) as the last field on the general tab or log a case with infor.

BTW what percentage of your SO are return SO, I mean why use SO input control for return SO if there are very few return SO. Just a thought...
