When a new sales order is entered and PRP is run, what table does PRP pull from to get the delivery date?

If you are talking about Project Completion Date then its taken from the planned delivery date of the item in Lines section of the Sales Order.

If there is a sales orderline and the item is not linked to a project activity then it comes from the planned inventory movements (tdinv150 or tipcs500). These are filled from the sales orderline. Otherwise it comes from tipcs500 which is then filled from the project activity plan (tipcs420)
