I cannot find help for checkbox of Create Backorder in warehouse order type session.

Does Anybody know?, please let me know.

Maybe your installation needs to be checked as help info should be present:
"If this check box is selected, back orders are automatically created for warehousing orders of the current order type if the delivered quantity is lower than the ordered quantity."
