I am a new user of SSA ERP LN and I want to ask you if there exists some functionality which changes the price of a purchased item on the base of the purchase order regardless if the invoice is already entered in the system or not.
Example:
We use calculation method average purchase price
For item A we have 100pcs in the warehouses at price of $100 each.
We deliver new 100 pcs of item A at price $150 each.
The price of the purchase order is $150, we don’t have the invoice. We want the system to calculate the new price (of $125) when we receive the item A in the warehouse(without the invoice is entered).

We use package Finance and the integration between the packages is turned on.

Thanks for the suggestion. As far as I find some information about this method it is connected with lot control. Am I right?

If your inventory valution is MAUC for an warehouse then after receipt the value of inventory is registered. Then after approval if any difference comes then system again pass a price change and update the inventory.
