has anybody encountered following problem:

Purchaseorderlines which should be in Status 3 Step 'Maintain Receipts' suddenly get into Status 0 'Maintain Receipts'.

pmask is: cnynynyyynnnnnnnnnnn

Order Steps:

1 Print PO
3 Maintain Receipts
5 Maintain Approvals
7 Print Return Notes
8 Print Bills
9 Process delivered Orders

I have no idea how the Users manage the Lines into this state...
It affects only one PO Type. Other similar Order Types are not affected.
It seems to have something to do with changing the delivery date after printig the order....

Hi,

If I remember correctly (am not in the situation to check right now), changing the delivery date after having already printed the order prompts you to print the order again. This makes sense since the output of course will be different.

Therefore the letter 'c' is put in the procedure mask to indicate that you have to execute that step again. I suppose it refers to 'change'.

Hope this helps.

May be the procedure mask in tcmcs042 is not correct?

That's what I thought too. But then we have more than one other Order Types with the same Procedure Mask and they work all fine :-(

You can check easily via general table maintenance (ttaad4500) whether tcmcs042.pmsk is correct or not.
