At the moment we create a cyclecountorder and we print it, not only the parts that should be in the selected locations are shown, but also all partnrs that were once in these locations are shown. How can I prevent this?

Hi,
in your profile it says your on 7.1. I guess that must be a mistake. What version are you using, could you reference the session(s)s you are using. I am under the impression you are doing something wrong but if not it looks like a bug.

When I look in the menu under Help / about Baan, it says version 7.1c.05.148.
The session I'm using is Baan warehousing/inventory handling/cycle counting/generate cycle counting orders
session whinh5200m000 : Generate cyclecounting orders [158]

Hi,
the version you are referring to is the Baan Windows version, so the version of the user interface. It is more likely that you are using the 5.0c version of the software, the application logic.
As for the problem, it doesn't happen on my 5.0c version. Best to contact the support people of SSA. Hope they can shed a light.

Hi Mark,
I suppose you have the warehousing parameter "Force Cycle Count if Inventory Zero" (session whinh0100s000) selected. When your stock point becomes empty, a cycle count record will be logged in session "Cycle-Count Data" (whinh5540m000).
When creating a cycle count order, the current stock point data is printed and the cycle-count data.
