A supplier delivers 1000 MT in a month on provisonal rates.Before closing of the month we will get the actual rate from the supplier .

At the moment we are running a customised session after maintain receipts to calculate the costs of raw material in this way.((Previous stock * Previous cost)+ (Receipt amt * receipt qty))/ new stock.
After that material is issued to the production.Production takes place before the actual rates are received.

Is there any suggestion for handling this type of supplier or any standard functionality in Baan , through which the finished product will bear the actual cost ?
