Hi,

I have this issue where I am trying to ship some items with a unit of "mtr" or "kgm"... The problem is that whenever I try to confirm the shipment I get the error "connot convert from grm to pcs".........

What is the relation between the piece and the weigh or lenght.

I have checked the general item data and all its sub entities, and they all "mtr"

any ideas!!!!!!!

Did you check the set up of the conversion factors for the items and item group(s) concerned?
