Hi all,

Problem: The store user did maintain wrongly few items that are not received yet. The user ask me to remove the few items.

My Solution:
I go to table tdpur045 (Maintain Receipts), delete records for that few items under sequence: 1. After few days, the user want to maintain that few items, but there is zero in quantity.

Can anyone tell me why the quantity is zero?
Please advise how to solve it.

See if there is a backorder generated that needs confirmed. If the do a zero receipt and didn't zero out the backorder you should have a backorder quantity to confirm and then you can do the receipt.
