My problem is I want to lock the purchase order once it is printed.
The user is changing the purchase order before receipt and make lot of conusion.Is any method by I can lock the purchase order after printing.

Please give me solution

Hi

I have locked the Purchase order for Price that is In Baan till the receipt is recorded you can change anything as it allows to do so.

But we were facing the problem that Once the hard copy is Printed of PO and the same is authorised for basic rate and other commercial terms that nobody should change the price till the receipt is reorded.

We have made the Price field read only for the price levels :Contracts ,Manual,SFC so whenever the orders are generated and price level is as mentioned than nobody can change the price even if the receipt is not recorded

Our company uses SIC for routine orders and manual for many orders
if we lock the prices user cannot punch the price also,How we resolve the issue

It can be, locked,
we have done such customizations, thru Database trigger level. and its working sucessfully from last 1 year.

It can be done with data level authorization set up done thro' tools or with customization.
