Dear all,

I setup a new BaaN Vc server, and did all the post installation & setup, from Package VRC combination, company creation to parameter initialization, then in order to test the system, i tried to create a Sales Order, while doing so, when i tried to save the data, i got a message "Sales Parameter Pre-Defined Hold Reason for Ship/Cancel is not defined", and i could not save the sales order...so any of you please suggest me how should i solve this, i have tried all the permutations & combinations to solve this but i could not...i checked the customer master and checked credit control seciton, checked Hold Reason Sessions, Checked Sales Parameters, Invoices...but could not get the solution...i strongly believe that some of you would be knowing the reason behind this problem...plz guide me as soon as possible seniors!!!...please explain me the solution...

Under Sales Order Parameters session tdsls0100s400 under the miscellaneous tab in the field Pre-Defined Cancellation Reasons for ships/Cancels do you have this field populated?
