im using LN and log in as company 090 demo company.
In the purchase order report and sales order report, all the date come out "%" sign.

Anyways, this seems like a problem with the company setup. I saw the report field details in your attachment and all seems ok.
Can you try this...open session "Maintain Generic Units" and using Special option from the toolbar, Convert to Runtime...
