Quick question,

I know that you can specify tolerances +/- for item purchase receipt date and quanitity. As far as I know BaaN will only give a warning if these tolerances are exceeded. Is there any way to enforce these tolerances such that BaaN will disallow receipts that exceed the defined item purchasing tolerances ?

In SSA ERP LN there is a "Block" option on tolerance. Not 100% sure if available on Baan5.

in Baan5 this functionality is not available.
