I am looking for a way to define a specific inbound location from the session "tdilc4203m000", when the inbound is generated.
I know that is possible from session "tdilc4103m000" but this implies the insert of all lines, one by one.

I am new to this so I hope I can help you out.
You can assign a fixed location for all parts in the session tdilc0130m000 (Maintain Locations by Item). The fixed location will come out on the inbound therefore you won't need to maintain inbound.

That solution not satisfy my needs because I can not fix location to items.
So I thought to develop a new session using AFS.
