Do anyone have encounter this message "Order must be delivered completely" when try to modify the data on Maintain Deliveries (tdsls4120m000)?

Most probably your sales order has the flag 'ship complete' on the header or on the line set to 'yes'. This means that you cannot delivered less than the ordered quantity.
