Hi everyone,
The customer takes an order quantity of 1000 pcs. When running the shipment, the customer decides to take only the quantity of 257 pcs. So there are another quantity of 743 pcs as back order. Apart from that, there is another new PO issued with the actual quantity. Due to the shipment already finished, so they want to close this sales order.
How to close a sales order???
What should be the steps for close the sales order?
