I have created on sales order and I wanted to display on my screen by using the session print order acknowledgement(tdsls4401m000).I have selected device as = Display. out put is not displaying on screen. however the sales order is seen in tdsl041 and tdsls040 table. ( normal user login)


however i if use Baan login i could see the details.

we are using BaaN IV c4 win 2003,sql 2000.

Please advice how to solve.

It should return an error. Just check the same in bshell log then you come to know the exact reason of it.

nothing is appearing. could you explain in more details, how and where to see.

Run the session ttstperrlog and select log.bshell to see the list of error.

Are you getting a "No data" message or a blank screen/ piece of paper when you try and print the order. I believe that only certain Sales Orders will print an acknowledgement based on the order type and steps defined.
