We are entering price in session tdpur0101m000.
e.g we mentioned price in session tdpur0101m000 Rs.10/-
This price we get at session tdpur4102s000 at price feild.
Now we want the user can modify the price below and equal to 10/- but not
greater than 10/-.
Also we want to give authorised to one user who can modify greater than 10/-.

Such feature is only readily available in sales, not purchase, module. You'd have to perform minor customisation to make this feature available

I can help you troubleshoot your customised script to certain degree (I haven't touched BaanIV for so long). For hands on help if you don't have someone trained in Baan Tools, I think someone in your geographic area would be better suited for performing and supporting the customized work.
