Is there a way to automate the interbranch transfer process? Currently, our company is manually creating interbranch inventory transfers. Is there a way that Baan can automate these as a "planned transfer"?

Are you sayin that you are doing Itemised Inventory transfers one by one for this ? In that case, pls try using the Repleneishment orders module which is meant for this type of transactions.

Be it warehouse transfers (in ilc or inv module) or replenishment order transfer , u can automate inventory transfers through AFS .
