The delivery info is normally entered at time of shipment including typical BoL data: delivery address, no. of packages, weight, carrier ID, delivery instructions - no revenue generated or freight cost captured during shipment. We do not use the Transportation or Service packages and do have ILC on.

We set up "dummy" items as cost items in Item data. We create sales orders for this item. This will give you the proper documents you need.
