Hi,

we have a sales order with 2 lines one of them is fully shipped the other line is staged but when we try to confirm its shipment we get the following error:

"cannot confirm shipment line"

we have used the same information for that line and it works fine, but this line..

any idea :confused:

Hi.. is the specific error like this "Confirm shipment Failed".. if yes..
try to check on session ttadv9598m000 (Application Lock) it shown u the user lock. Check the order/user which can not confirm shipment and then u remove the user locked (before that make sure the respective user to go out from the session/process)..

I always facing that problem due the computer hang etc.
