Have anybody a good idea what is the best way to handle sales price for single costomer, that means pontentially every costomer could have a single/own price for the product. Anyway for all other cases there should be still an "standard" pricelist be aviable

BaanERP pricing module can handle your requirements. However, I must admit it's now an overkill for the simple price management you need. My suggestion would be to set up this module (it is quite complicated one to set up), and use API to present and edit the pricing data in a more friendly user interface (probably in spreadsheet program)
